Crash courses that help you acquire language level B1 or B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages within a few weeks or months depending on your language skills. Courses for German nursing language skills. These can be completed as half-day or full-day courses. Paid part-time employment in the nursing sector can be arranged at the same time as the courses. All or part of the costs of the courses may be taken over by Glossa Integration Services.
The consensus between the employee requirements and the recognition requirements is reviewed, adapted and discussed. Documents are requested, compiled, reviewed, sorted, translated and submitted to the competent authorities. Requests by authorities are discussed with the applicants. The follow-up communication with the authorities up to the recognition of the professional qualification is supported and monitored.
Creation of a professional candidate portfolio (letter of application, CV, documentation) for submission to potential employers. Individual preparation for interviews.
Help with the selection and the supply of suitable, low-cost apartments at the place of employment. Special agreements for the complete or partial assumption of housing costs. Advice and assistance for better integration in interacting with people and authorities. Establishment of connections to student or other associations of nationals from the candidate’s country of origin and employee representation bodies.
Supply of communication personnel/interpreters by Glossa Integration Services, who are able to converse in the employee’s national language (e.g. Greek, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, French, etc.) to quickly work through specific uncertainties and confusion.
