• Model I – For those looking for a challenge

Employment takes place directly through a staff leasing arrangement with Glossa Integration Services. In this employment model, you receive a permanent employment contract that gives you continuity and stability, but also enables conditions that are well above the standard permanent employment conditions when working directly for a care facility.

You can flexibly arrange your working times, rosters and time off. Higher levels of difficulty of assignments, a high level of performance and a willingness to work unconventional times are all remunerated at a much higher rate than in conventional employment. Your flexible deployment provides relief in facilities as necessary and you are greatly appreciated. Your places of work and the facilities and wards in which you operate vary, meaning that you can gain extensive professional experience much more quickly as well as learning new skills in a range of further training sessions.

• Model II – For the cautious

Don’t want to commit straight away? Need the time to consolidate your impressions of your work environment before you make any further job decisions? We offer temporary employment models that provide excellent conditions. You work where and when you are most required.

Whether part-time or full-time, exclusively in one or preferably in several facilities, the choice is yours. You benefit from flexibility and the freedom to choose your times. Your future prospects remain in your hands. Although the conditions offered are above standard, this is not a staff leasing model.
