Our employees and their know-how is our main capital. They get to know different companies, colleagues and working environments during customer placements. In doing so, they are an integral part of our company and have a great share in our success. Therefore, we do the best to create a longterm relationship. We employ for an unlimited period, we provide task-related qualification and training and, for many tasks, we pay a salary above the general pay scale. Glossa Integration Services only addresses job applicants of higher qualification. For university graduates, we offer positive conditions and chances for an occupational career. Whether you are an entrant or dignified expert: Without great application effort, you can demonstrate your abilities and develop in various companies, especially during permanent assignments with one customer.

Interim managers are experts that provide their competence in a company until a special task is completed. An employment at Glossa Integration Services is an additional chance for employees as it is a "door opener" to established companies offering interesting and flexible occupations. That way, personnel placement is an alternative for those that aim for a permanent contract with a "classic" employer. At the moment, about 30 percent of employees placed in a client's company are taken on. In a way, personnel placement supplements and shortens time-consuming and expensive application procedures of the personnel management: Being known and regarded by a company for some time is always a good reference for a qualified employee.

Glossa Integration Services is an authorised company for personnel placement and member of the iGZ e.V. (Association of German Temporary Employment Companies). The iGZ/DGB collective labour agreement is the basis - but by far no limit - of all benefits and conditions.

Entrants

University graduates used to work in industrial placements to gain professional experiences and contacts. Those placements often lasted for several months and it was unsure if the person was going to be taken on. Today, temporary placement with better payment will often be preferred. This type of employment is a chance to stretch the phase of professional orientation. Statistically, 30 percent of the trainees are taken over by the company thanks to their variety of skills. This also applies to job returnees. Temporary employment is an important instrument for women to facilitate their professional reintegration after parental leave and to refresh their skills.

Dignified experts

Older, well-trained employees, especially those employed in one company for many years, have the advantage of their experiences. This may be a springboard to interesting and seminal companies and to be taken on in the course of time.
